After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, I gained about 10 years of experience in the apparel industry, working in product planning, design, and buying. Through this, I developed expertise in trend analysis, material selection, product development, and marketing, gaining a deep understanding of the entire process from product creation to reaching consumers.

Currently, I create artworks using indigo-dyed Boro fabric, incorporating elements of traditional craftsmanship and the culture of upcycling. My work challenges the idea of giving new value to discarded materials, transforming them into something meaningful. From interior decorations to contemporary art pieces, my creations embody both “beauty” and “sustainability”.

Through my work, I strive to create new conversations and connections, allowing each piece to tell a special story to those who see or hold it. I also aim to share the beauty of Japanese traditional culture with the world, serving as a bridge between cultures.

I will continue to create art that connects people and objects, and I sincerely appreciate your support.
